I was impressed with Matthew's communication on the maintenance he conducted in preparation for the cold season. He seemed knowledgeable of what technicians have also done in the past on the equipment. He provided recommendation for conducting an additional cleaning on blower wheel and was flexible to do that today when inquired. It made the process efficient. Thanks Matthew!

We had an emergency leak from a hose bib that was seeping inside the house. Called at 8:30pm and got a call back within the hour and Joel was able to help us on the phone to shut off the water to the outside hose bibs without shutting off all the water to the house. What a great thing. Once the remediation was taken care of, he came out and not only fixed the issue, but upgraded the installation so if anything happened again, opening the wall up would probably not be required. We don't expect another issue based on the his evaluation of the cause and the education to avoid the issue, but if it does, it will save us big time. We also ordered a leak detection system that will be installed on the main line coming in the house. Since Wolcott has Plumbing, Electrical and Heating and AC, all under one roof, we won't need to call a separate electrician to come. They will have both arriving at the same time to install the unit. So great not having to coordinate two vendors/contractors to facilitate this project. One stop shopping! Thanks Wolcott!
